If you have an item missing or damaged please complete the "No Charge" parts order form and email to CustomerService@CinchKit.com. A Customer Support Specialist will research the issue and have a replacement sent. All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Please make sure to take pictures of all damaged items and the boxes they arrived in. If an accessories are missing, look for a long white box that may be hiding under your doors depending on which way the box was opened. 



*The form is designed to be completed on line. Each box has a drop down menu, so that you may change the options. The measurements you will simply type in. Once completed, save to your desktop, and attach it to your email to customer service.
