If an order ships via FedEx, you will have tracking information uploaded to your online portal. If you have signed up for shipping notifications, you will also receive an email. Occasionally a tracking number does not transfer to the portal. If you do not see a tracking number, please email customerservice@cinchkit.com for assistance.
